A very warm welcome to you from Athletics and Recreation at Emory!

Emory holds a total of 12 NCAA Division III National Championships, 125 Academic All-Americans and 143 University Athletic Association Championships. In addition there are 70 recipients of the prestigious NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship and is one of just six schools in 2010-11 to place in the top 20 in the NACDA Directors' Cup for best all-around athletics program (7th in 2010-11) and among the top 20 annual of best national universities.  As you can see, Emory is far from just being a place of academic excellence-- we're pretty good at sports too!

Alix Dyer
(Track & Field) Emory University senior Alix Dyer broke school records in both the 400-meter dash and as the anchor leg of the 4x400-meter relay at the Georgia Tech Invitational last weekend. Dyer ran a 400-meter dash time of 56.34 seconds, passing Kaele Leonard’s previous school record time of 56.54 seconds, set last week. [more]
