Emory

Sarah Coronel joined the Emory Athletic Department as an Athletics Trainer in July of 2018. 

A native of Brecksville, Ohio, Sarah graduated cum laude from Lynchburg College in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. While at Lynchburg she was a member of the women’s basketball team, serving as team captain her senior year, and was involved with the Athletic Training Club and Student Athletic Advisory Committee. She also completed an internship with an Australian football club in the summer of 2016.

Coronel obtained her Masters of Education in Athletic Training from the University of Virginia in June of 2018.  While at UVA, she has worked as the primary athletic trainer for the women’s volleyball team.
