Mark Fifield is responsible for managing the Welcome Center operations and oversees all membership information, space reservations and facility management at the Student Activity and Academic Center. Mark graduated in 2000 with a BS in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He then worked for several years in campus ministry, both in the USA and internationally. Mark moved back to the states to pursue a MS in Sports Administration from Georgia State University (GSU) while working in the GSU Recreation Department. He graduated from GSU in 2009, and worked teaching school and running a church recreation program before finding a home at the SAAC in 2011.

Mark enjoys playing lunchtime basketball, tennis doubles for ALTA, and spending time with his family camping and hiking.
