Senior (2016):

Played in 14 games, making three starts as a senior…Collected two hits, three walks and one RBI…Had a hit in a pinch hitting role against Pacific (Ore.) on February 12^th…Worked a bases loaded walk for his lone run driven in against the University of Chicago on March 26^th…Added a hit, going 1-for-2, in Emory’s win over Piedmont on Senior Day on April 23^rd.

Junior (2015):

Karras appeared in 28 games during his junior season, making 17 starts. He collected 10 hits on the season with seven runs batted in and eight runs scored. Karras was named the UAA Hitter of the Week for the first time in his career on February 16^th after going three-for-eight (.375) at the plate during the squad's first two games against Lynchburg and Rhodes, adding a pair of runs, while playing perfect defense.  He went two-for-four with a pair of runs scored and three runs batted in, during the team's season-opening 13-3 win over Lynchburg College on Saturday.  Karras followed that with a one-for-four game in a 5-2 victory against Rhodes College on Sunday, driving in a key run with a base hit in the sixth inning.

Sophomore (2014):

Karras played in 46 games at shortstop for Emory during the 2014 season, making 39 starts.  The sophomore finished the year with a .307 on base percentage and a .203 batting average (24-for-118), scoring 12 runs and driving in nine.  He added 17 walks and stole one base on a pair of attempts.  Karras saw his average rise to .267 (eight-for-30) against left-handed pitching and reached base in 13 of 29 attempts when leading off an inning, good for a .448 on base percentage.  The right-handed hitter was two-for-five with a pair of RBIs against Pomona-Pitzer on February 9^th, and had a pair of two hit games during the NCAA Championships, coming against Rhodes College on May 14^th and Bridgewater College on May 17^th.

Freshman (2013):

Karras appeared in 11 games and made seven starts during his freshman season, seeing time at both third base and shortstop.  He finished the year with five hits in 26 at bats, good for a .192 batting average.  The right-handed batter added two runs and four RBIs during the campaign, while drawing six walks.  Karras picked up his first career hit during his collegiate debut against Oglethorpe on February 20^th, finishing the game one-for-three with two runs, two walks and an RBI.  He drove in a pair of runs against Bates on February 24^th for his first career multiple-RBI game, while he picked up a pair of hits against Case Western Reserve on March 10^th for his first career multiple-hit game.

Played for the Stevenson High School baseball team... Hit .329 with 16 RBIs his junior year... Coached by Paul Mazzuca.

Born April 2nd... Named to the NSC All-Academic Team in high school.
