Sophomore Richard Brereton batted .524 (11-for-21) as the Eagles went 4-1 during the week including a four-game sweep of Brandeis. Brereton had at least two hits in all five contests and collected team-highs in runs (7), doubles (4) and stolen bases (4). He added four RBI and slugged at a .714 clip. Brereton also earned a win on the mound in the opener against Brandeis, tossing seven innings with six Ks while allowing three runs (2 ER) on six hits and three walks as he improved to 4-3 and 3-0 in UAA action.
