Sophomore Steven Hunt had a big weekend at the plate for the Eagles as Emory went 1-2 against cross-country foe Claremont-Mudd-Scripps. Hunt finished the series 7-for-10 with two doubles, one home run and 8 RBI. He had at least one hit and one RBI in all three games of the series including a 4-for-4 effort with 4 RBI in Saturday's near comeback loss. Hunt added three walks and a steal as he slugged 1.200 to go along with a .769 on-base percentage.
