Among the 18 programs taking part in the tournament, six are ranked among the top 25 in the latest Bushnell Golfweek Coaches Poll.  In addition to Emory, other ranked squads include No. 11 and defending Invitational champ Greensboro, No. 13 and host Oglethorpe, No. 20 Southwestern (TX), No. 22 Rochester and No. 23 LaGrange.

Comprising the Emory lineup for the tournament will be sophomore Matt Organisak, junior Connor Yakubov, freshman Eric Yiu, sophomore Sam Galloway and senior Keenan Hickton.  Senior Sean Murphy, along juniors Stefano Butti and Noah Apter, will compete as individuals.

In its most recent outing, Emory took part in the Piedmont Fall Invitational (Oct. 2-3) where it turned in an eighth-place finish out of 15 teams.  Head coach John Sjoberg's group of five players all were making their first appearance of the year with Galloway highlighting the effort with a three-over par 147 that placed fifth out of 80 players.
