Emory Golf Wins Third Straight UAA Championship

The No. 6-ranked Emory golf team won its third straight and the program's 18th University Athletic Association Championship on Tuesday afternoon, posting a victory over No. 17 Carnegie Mellon.  The Championships were played at the 6,776-yard, par 72 Hammock Beach Resort Course in Palm Coast, Florida.

Using a match-play format, Emory posted a 3.5-1.5 decision over the Tartans.

Emory returns to action this weekend (Mar. 16-18) when it plays at the 54-hole Jekyll Island Collegiate Invitational.

Keenan Hickton was selected as the MVP of the Championships while Matt Organisak captured a berth on the Championships All-Tournament Team
