Emory Golf Winds Up Play At NCAA D-III Championships

The Emory University golf team closed out its participation at the 2019 NCAA Division III Championships on Wednesday.  The Eagles played their second round on the 6,897-yard, par-72 Keene Run Course at the Keene Trace Golf Club in Nicholasville, Kentucky.

Emory shot a second-day score of 15-over par 303 to finish with a final mark of 624.  The Eagles finished 23rd out the 42 teams that began nationals and fell short of qualifying for the final two rounds, with the field being cut to 18 squads for the final 36 holes of competition.
