Junior guard Whit Rapp directed to Emory men's basketball team to a win in its lone action of the week.
Rapp doled out a season- and game-high 12 assists and tied for the No. 2 spot on the squad with seven boards in the Eagles' 93-72 triumph over Rust College. Rapp's 12 assists represented his third double-figure effort of the season and eighth of his career. In addition, it tied for the No. 4 spot on the program's single-game chart.
Through eight games, Rapp paces the UAA and ranks third among all D-III players with an average of 8.3 assists per game. He is second on the team with a 5.5 per-game average in rebounding and has five games with six or more boards.
