Senior guard Whit Rapp helped the No. 13-ranked Emory men's basketball team to a pair of conference road wins.

Rapp doled out 17 assists with just two turnovers and averaged 7.0 points in victories over Carnegie Mellon and Case Western Reserve.

In the 82-80 decision over CMU, Rapp chalked up eight assists and four points in 34 minutes of action. His last assist of the game came on a perfect pass to Christopher Avant in the post who laid it in with eight-tenths of a second remaining in the contest, snapping a tie and giving the Eagles the victory. He followed that with a 10-point, nine-assist afternoon in a 75-72 verdict over Case Western Reserve.

Rapp's effort over the weekend boosted his career assists total to 573, good for the No. 2 spot on the school's all-time list. His is just seven assists shy of tying Austin Claunch's (2008-12) No. 1 mark of 580.
