Sophomore Luke Morrison ranked second on the team in scoring and first in field goal percentage as the Emory men's basketball team split a pair of contests.
Morrison averaged 15.0 points and connected on 90.9 percent (10-of-11) of his field goal attempts, including all five three-point opportunities, in games against Sewanee and Trinity University.
The 6-foot-4 Morrison came off the bench and paced the Eagle reserves with seven points in a 14-minute stint at Sewanee, sinking all three of his attempts from the field along with one free throw. He followed that with a huge performance against Trinity, leading all players with a season-high 23 points (20 in the second half), closing out that affair seven-of-eight from the floor and five-of-five from beyond the arc.
