Sophomore Romin Williams helped the Emory men's basketball team to a pair of wins at the program's Holiday Classic.

Williams averaged 17 points, 6.0 rebounds and 5.0 assists in decisions over previously undefeated Oswego State (91-73) and East Texas Baptist. He shot 46.4 percent from the floor including 44.4 percent (8-of-18) from three-point range.

In the final game of the Classic, a 95-66 verdict over East Texas Baptist, Williams exploded game a game-high 28 points, hitting 10-of-19 field goal attempts and tying the program's single-game record for the second time this year by draining eight -of-13 from distance. In addition, he dished out a season-high tying seven assists and tied for second on the team's score sheet with seven boards.

On the year, Williams is scoring at a team-leading clip of 17.5 points per game and is second on the club with an average of 3.8 assists per game. He has produced nine double-figure scoring contests and has five games of 20 or more points.
