Matt Schner Earns NABC & D3Hoops All-Region Acclaim

Emory University junior Matt Schner was recognized for his fine 2019-20 campaign by both the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) and D3hoops.com, earning postseason honors by both entities.

The 6-foot-4 Schner was selected to the All-South District First Team by the NABC and was chosen to All-South Region First Team by D3hoops.com

A starter in all 27 Emory contests, Schner established himself as one of the University Athletic Association's most versatile players, ranking among the conference's top 10 in 12 statistical categories, including nine rankings of sixth or highe. He was tabbed as the UAA Co-Player of the Year while garnering first-team all-conference kudos.
