A word to describe me off the field: Busy

My most memorable athletic moment was: Playing soccer again after a year and a half of injuries, surgeries, and recovery.

My most memorable Emory athletic moment: Scoring a diving header in the first game as a freshman.

What I like most about Emory: Professors that care about you as a person, not just a STAT.

I would like to switch places for the day with: Calvin from Calvin and Hobbes.

My favorite place on the Emory campus: 3 years ago there was a HUGE Adirondack chair in front of Candler Library.  That was my favorite place.  Now it is the grassy knoll near the DUC.

Favorite pro athlete:  Marc Overmars

The sports teams I followed when I was younger: Barcelona, Manchester United

My favorite class at Emory and why: EDS 302WR Adolescent Behavior and Development- The professor opened the class up and it gave me a perspective of myself I had never seen.

The people who have helped me most at Emory are and why: Dr. Pajares- He's just there for whatever you need ... The Soccer Team- Kids grow on you when you have to be with them every day ...
Maris Jager- She keeps me sane with all my work.

Any pre-game rituals:  1.5 hours before the game in the classroom...that is all

The sport I would be playing if I wasn't playing soccer: ...good question.  I don't have an answer.

If I could have dinner with only three people in history, they would be: Benjamin Franklin, le Roi Soleil Louis XIV (He would host), and Cleopatra

The best advice I have ever been given and who gave it to you: You can do anything you put your mind to.-My Parents

What is something that very few, if any, people know about you: I play the drums, guitar, mandolin, and a little bit of piano.

A word to describe me off the field: Ridiculous

My most memorable athletic moment was: Although it was only in 5th grade, I scored a goal in overtime of the final of the first big competitive tournament I've ever played in. My team had never played against teams that good, and despite being underdogs, we were the cinderella story of the tournament. I still refer to that goal as
"The Goal." To this day I have never experienced the same feeling from
a soccer moment.

My most memorable Emory athletic moment: The goal I scored in the first game of the 2006 season against Wisconsin Lutheran

What I like most about Emory: The energy and attitude of the people

I would like to switch places for the day with: Shaq - It would be weird to be so enormous

My favorite place on the Emory campus: The balcony in Complex between Smith 3rd and Hopkins 3rd where I hung out during freshman year - also the Clairmont Pool is awesome

Favorite pro athlete:   Michael Jordan

The sports teams I followed when I was younger: Washington Redskins, Washington Wizards, and D.C. United.

The people who have helped me most at Emory are and why: My freshman roommate and my other friends that I made freshman year because they have made my experience at Emory comfortable and enjoyable.

Any pre-game rituals:   I don't like to warm up in my game jersey or shinguards; I put them both on the minute before I enter the game

The sport I would be playing if I wasn't playing soccer: Point guard in basketball

If I could have dinner with only three people in history, they would be: Genghis Khan, Ghandi, Mitch Hedberg

The best advice I have ever been given and who gave it to you: "Put yourself in situations where you will succeed" - my dad

What is something that very few, if any, people know about you:  I am a vegetarian, and have been my whole life. I am also extremely neat - obsessively neat even, and I very easily become obsessed with detail when it comes to organizing.

My most memorable athletic moment was: Winning state championship my
senior year in high school soccer 2-1 after scoring the first goal, my
hundredth career goal, and assisting the game winner to my freshmen little
brother.

My most memorable Emory athletic moment: Game-winning golden goal in
overtime vs Christopher Newport.

What I like most about Emory: So much to do and be involved with.

I would like to switch places for the day with: Any professional soccer
player.

My favorite place on the Emory campus: Besides Woodpec soccer field, the
Sigma Chi Fraternity House

Favorite pro athlete: Steven Gerrard

The sports teams I followed when I was younger: Chicago Bulls

My favorite class at Emory and why: Intro to Acting with Janice Akers because it was such a fun class, unlike any other I have ever taken in my life, and Professor Akers is fantastic.

Any pre-game rituals: Nothing to strange. Just like to tie my shoes really tight and stretch a lot.

The sport I would be playing if I wasn't playing soccer: Wrestling or Gymnastics

If I could have dinner with only three people in history, they would be: Jackie Robinson, Gandhi, Frank Sinatra

The best advice I have ever been given and who gave it to you: "You can do anything if you put your mind to it" and "If you're going to do something, might as well try your hardest." - Both my Dad

What is something that very few, if any, people know about you: I'm half Lebanese and am pretty artistic. ......

My most memorable Emory athletic moment: Starting my career off with an undefeated record

What I like most about Emory: The team

My favorite place on the Emory campus: Sigma Chi house... and the soccer field

Favorite pro athlete:  Kasey Keller

The people who have helped me most at Emory are and why: Derek Marinatos (former Goalie Coach) because he really helped me reach my potential

Any pre-game rituals:  Giving each defender a fist pound, wearing a different jersey to warm up in, and then blessing both posts and the crossbar

The sport I would be playing if I wasn't playing soccer: Golf
