Senior (2017):

CoSIDA Academic All-District selection…Started all 21 games he played in…Led the Eagles with 1,909 minutes played…Anchored an Emory defensive unit that posted a 0.92 goals-against average with nine shutouts while limiting opponents to five shots on goal or fewer in 17 contests…Played a season-high 110 minutes twice at Carnegie Mellon (10/27) and at Chicago in the NCAA Elite Eight (11/18).

Junior (2016):

Daoud followed up his breakthrough campaign in 2015 by playing in 16 matches while making 15 starts for the Eagles as a junior…Helped the defensive unit limit opposing teams to 20 goals in 16 contests…Scored his first career point on September 10^th in a win against Methodist, collecting an assist.

Sophomore (2015):

After not seeing any action as a freshman, Daoud had a breakthrough campaign in 2015 as he was one of three Eagles to start in at least 16 games throughout the season. He finished second among all field players with 1,437 minutes played and helped the defense record a 0.73 goals-against average, a mark that ranked 42^nd in the country. Daoud was named to the Sonny Carter Invitational All-Tournament Team at the beginning of the year after helping Emory to a 1-1 record during the tournament. He was part of eight Emory shutouts during the year.

Freshman (2014):

Daoud did not see game action for Emory during his freshman campaign with the Eagles.

Honors:

Prior to Emory:

Played for the Columbus Academy team for two years... Scored two goals and assisted on seven others during his senior year... Was coached in high school by Ron Leach... Also played two seasons for the Crew Soccer Academy, where he was coached by Billy Thompson and James Fields.

Personal:

Born January 7th...Son of Emile and Debbie Daoud.
