Senior defensive midfielder William Jones anchored an Emory defense to back-to-back shutouts this week as the Eagles topped Covenant Tuesday night before collecting their first UAA win over WashU on Saturday. Jones played all 180 minutes in the two wins and helped the Emory defense limit the Scots and Bears to a combined seven shots on goal including just one from WashU.
