Sophomore Jonathan Jemison registered a 3-0 mark in singles and was involved with a pair of doubles wins in helping the Emory men's tennis team to the program's fourth-ever national title.

Jemison and partner David Omsky came away with the Eagles' lone point in doubles at the No. 3 spot against No. 10 Williams, rolling to an 8-2 decision.  In singles, his 6-2, 6-0, triumph over Brian Gordecki at No. 2 knotted the match score at 2-2 and helped set the stage for a 5-3 victory.  In the semifinals, Jemison clawed his way to a 6-3, 6-7, 6-4 decision vs. Grant Urken of No. 7 Bowdoin College that clinched the match in Emory's favor, 5-2.  In the championship tilt vs. Claremont-Mudd-Scripps, he and Omsky provided the Eagles with a 2-0 lead after notching a doubles win.  He would go on to record a 7-6, 6-2 outcome over Glenn Hull that put Emory ahead by a 4-2 count.

Jemison also competed in the NCAA Singles Championship, earning a three-set win vs. Kai Yueng Leung of Skidmore in his opening round match before falling in the Round of 16
