Junior Scott Rubinstein helped the No. 1-ranked Emory men's tennis team to a win in its lone action of the week.
In an 8-1 decision over Rhodes College, ranked No. 16 in the Atlantic South Region, Rubinstein registered victories in both doubles and singles, aiding in boosting Emory's spring record to 8-3.
At No. 1 doubles, Rubinstein teamed up with sophomore James Spaulding to post an 8-2 triumph over the Lynx tandem of Albert Vacheron and Daniel Olivier, raising their record to 9-6 on the year. Inserted into the singles lineup for the first time this spring, Rubinstein rolled to a 6-2, 6-0 decision over Olivier at the No. 6 spot.
