He and partner Scott Rubinstein captured UAA Co-Player of the Week honors after playing their way to All-America accolades after winning their first three matches and advancing to the finals of the NCAA D-III Doubles Championships ... He and Rubinstein defeated the Chicago duo of Tyler Raclin and Jeremy Yuan, 6-3, 6-2, in the national semifinals after topping Carnegie Mellon's Chaz Downing and Daniel Levine, 7-6, 2-6, 7-5 in the quarterfinals ... The Spaulding/Rubinstein tandem ended the campaign as the No. 3-ranked doubles team in all of D-III and first in the Atlantic South Region, posting an overall mark of 23-13, 13-10 during the spring portion of the schedule ... Freshman (2015-16):
Memorable freshman season that saw him bring home All-America honors in doubles with Scott Rubinstein ... The Spaulding/Rubinstein combo were selected to compete in the NCAA D-III Doubles Championship where they won their opening match, a 6-2, 6-1 verdict over Mohauad Alhouni and Andres Saenz of Gustavus Adolphus ...
