The No. 2-ranked Emory men's tennis team will play for the UAA title following its semifinal win over Washington University on Friday afternoon. The Eagles raised their overall record to 16-3 following a 5-4 decision over the No. 10 Bears who slipped to 14-8.

Senior Andrew Harrington provided the clinching point for Emory with a 7-5, 4-6, 6-3 outcome over the Bears' Daniel Li at No. 5 singles, which gave the Eagles a 5-3 edge in the match. The win was Harrington's 15th straight and boosted his season record to 18-2 (11-0 at No. 5).

Emory captured two of the three doubles points with the No. 3 team of junior Jonathan Jemison and freshman Hayden Cassone winning for the 20th time in 23 decisions with an 8-4 verdict over Johhny Wu and Benjamin vander Sman.  After the Bears won at first doubles, junior Adrian Bouchet and senior Max Renke allowed Emory to regain the lead as a result of their 8-6 victory over Bernardo Neves and Radha Vishnubhotla.
