Seniors Jonathan Jemison and Adrien Bouchet have been recognized by the University Athletic Association as Men's Tennis Players of the Week following their performance in doubles at the ITA Cup. It is the second time this fall that they have been recognized for their efforts.

Jemison and Bouchet played their way to the ITA Cup Division III Doubles Championship, capturing three matches en route to the title.  Unseeded entering the Cup, the Emory pair toppled the No. 2 seeded team of Tyler Raclin and Jeremy Yuan from Chicago, 6-3, 6-2.  Jemison and Bouchet then bettered the Gustavus Adolphus tandem of Patrick Whaling and Chase Johnson in the semifinals, 7-5, 6-1.  In the finals, the Eagles' duo prevailed over Bowdoin's Yangeng Jiang and Justin Wang, 6-3, 6-3, that allowed them to move on to compete for the overall ITA Cup, where they dropped a match to a team from Division II member Columbus State.
