Emory University freshman Young Jin Kim cleared a career-best height in the pole vault at the Emory Crossplex Invitational last Monday. Kim finished fourth in the pole vault with a mark of 4.10 meters, the best by an Eagle this season and 11th among University Athletic Association (UAA) competitors. He scored five points for the Eagles, helping the team to a second-place finish at the meet.
