Sophomore sprinter Daniel Pietsch won the 400m Dash at the Emory Invitational with a time of 47.80. It was the best UAA time of the weekend and the third-best nationally. Pietsch added a fifth place showing in the 200m Dash with a time of 22.26, which also topped the UAA and ranks 15th in the country. Emory finished fourth at the meet with 59.50 points.
