Junior (2017):
Saw action in three races ... Best 8K time of the year was a 28:17 at the Furman Classic ... Also competed at the Georgia DIII Invitational (29:34) and the JSU Foothills Invitational (28:49). 

Sophomore (2016):
Took part in five competitions ... Established a personal-best 8k time at the Falcon Classic when he clocked a 27:50 ... Posted a 27:57 at the Berry Invitational that ranked sixth among the Emory pack and 64th out of 189 entries ... Also raced at the Watermelon Run, the Furman Classic and the JSU Foothills Invitational. 

Freshman (2015):
Competed in five events ... Top 8K time was a 28:38 that placed him 25th overall out of 47 runners at the JSU Foothills Invitational ... Squad's No. 6 finisher and 74th overall out of 154 entries at the Berry Invitational with an 8K effort of 29:03 ... Also ran at the Charlotte Invitational (29:06), Furman Classic (29:08) and the four-mile Emory-Berry Watermelon Run.

High School:
Earned three varsity letters in cross country and one in track at Lakeside High School ... Was coached as a prep by Rick Barbe and Clark Rivers ... Top 5K time was a 16:43 at the Wendy's Invitational ... As a senior, he was selected as the program's Most Improved Runner ... Helped his high school team to region titles his sophomore and senior campaigns ...  Raced in the Georgia High School Class 6A State Championship as a junior and senior ... Also competed on Lakeside's wrestling team and was the recipient of that program's Leadership Award on two occasions.
