Sophomore Jack Whetstone helped the Emory men's cross country team to a strong effort at the UW-Oshkosh Kollege Town Pre-Nationals at the Lake Breeze Golf Club Winneconne, Wisconsin.
Whetstone led the Emory contingent for the first time, turning in an 8K showing a 26:19 that placed him 76th in the 344-runner field.
Jack's effort helped the No. 31-ranked Eagles to a 15th-place finish out of 50 teams.
