Competed in two races ... Finished 46th out of 200 runners with an 8K time of 28:08 at the Berry Invitational ... Also saw action at the season-opening Georgia DIII Invitational.

Freshman (2016):
Raced in four meets ... Top 8k outing was a 27:15 at the Falcon Classic, good for 50th place in the 136-runner field ... Second-best effort was a 27:49 at the JSU Foothills Invitational ... Also competed in the Watermelon Run and the Furman Classic.

High School:
Four-year member and nine-time letterwinner in cross country and track and field at Westfield High School ... Was coached by Chris Tafelski ... Served as the cross country team's captain as a senior ... Top 5,000-meter time was a 16:37 ... Posted a 4:29 in the 1,600 meters ... During his junior season, he helped Westfield HS to a cross country sectional championship.
