Junior (2017):
Raced in five competitions ... Top 8K outing of the season came at the North Georgia Invitational when he rgistered a time of 28:33 that ranked 16th in the 69-runner field ... Second-best effort was a 28:40, placing him 57th out of 183 entries, at the JSU Foothills Invitational ... Also took part in the Georgia DIII Invitational (29:23), Furman Classic (28:54) and the Berry Invitational (29:05).

Sophomore (2016):
Raced in five meets ... Registered a career-best 8k time of 27:37 at the Falcon Classic that ranked 61st out of 136 runners ... Clocked a 27:39 at the JSU Foothills Invitational ... Also competed at the season-opening Watermelon Run (29:24), the Furman Classic (28:17) and the Berry Invitational (28:05).

Freshman (2015):
Took part in five competitions ... Best 8K time came at the JSU Foothills Invitational when he clocked a 28:28 that ranked 23rd out of 47 runners ... Second-best 8K outing was a 28:35 that placed 61st in a 107-runner field ... Also ran at the Berry Invitational (29:03.4), Furman Classic (28:56) and the four-mile Emory-Berry Watermelon Run.


High School:
Four-time letterman in both cross country and track and field at Centennial High School ... Patrick Weigand was his cross country coach while Michael Higgins served as his track coach ... Cross country team captain his final year ... Top 5K time was a 17:13 ... Personal best in the 1,600 meters came during his junior season when he turned in a time of 4:36 ... Named the cross country's team Runner of the Year as a senior .... In track, he was named his team's Distance MVP on three occasions ... Helped his track squad to 2014 and 2015 region titles.
