Senior Jessica Boni went three-for-six in helping the No.
4-ranked Eagles to a sweep of a doubleheader against LaGrange
College. In the team’s 5-0 opening game win, Boni
collected two hits in three plate appearances and scored a
run. In a 10-0, five-inning verdict over the Panthers, Boni
socked a three-run homer, her sixth roundtripper of the season in
helping the team raise its overall record to 25-3, 14-0 at
home.
