Three members of the 2017-18 Emory University women's basketball squad have been selected to the All-University Athletic Association Team.  The all-league picks were chosen by the conference coaches.

Junior Ashley Oldshue (Glenview, IL) was tabbed as a first-team honoree for the second straight season, while junior Azzairia Jackson-Sherood (New Hope, MN) was a second-team selection.  Sophomore Erin Lindahl (Yardley, PA) rounded out the trio as an honorable-mention pick.

The 6-foot-2 Oldshue enjoyed a banner campaign, ranking among the UAA's top 10 performers in a host of statistical categories. A double-figure scorer in 19 of her 23 appearances, Oldshue tossed in a team-high 15.9 points per game, good for fifth place in the conference. She ranked the Eagles' top scorer in 14 games and tallied 20 or more points on six occasions, including a career-high 28 in a 68-62 win over Carnegie Mellon (Jan. 12).  She paced all UAA performers with a 54.3 percent (140 258) mark from the floor, placing her 24^th in the Division III ranks (through Feb. 25) and sixth on the program's seasonal list. Solid from the charity stripe as well, she finished the regular season seventh in the conference with a 73.2 percent effort at the foul line, converting a team-best 82 free throws (eighth on Emory's seasonal ladder) in 112 opportunities. The squad's top rebounder in 14 outings, her per-game average of 8.4 ranked third in the league. She turned in eight contests with or more boards, which included a career best of 17 against Carnegie Mellon, tying the school's 10^th-highest individual game total. She finished with seven double-doubles (pts./rebs.), one of which was a 16-point, 16-rebound effort at New York University. She led the Eagles with 34 blocked shots and her 1.5 per-game average in that category was second on the UAA ladder.  In conference play, Oldshue tied fourth on the UAA chart in scoring average (15.4 ppg), was second in field goal percentage (.516, 79 of 153), third in rebounding (8.3 rpg) and fifth in free throw percentage (.778, 56 of 72).

Jackson-Sherrod, 5-foot-9, one of two Eagles to have drawn starting assignments in all 25 games, produced 18 double-figure scoring contests, scoring at a 12.2 points-per-game clip, tying for second on the team and  14^th on the UAA score sheet. One of the team's more efficient shooters, she was successful on 48.7 percent (145 of 298) of her field goal opportunities, with that mark fifth in the league. She shot 50 percent or better from the floor in 16 games and ended up leading the team in scoring on six occasions, one of which was a career-high 22-point afternoon in a 53-39 decision at Brandeis. The team leader in minutes (30.1 mpg), she closed out the season No. 2 on the club and tied for 11^th in the conference in rebounding (6.0 rpg), pacing Emory in that department in five games.  In conference affairs, she averaged 12.2 points per game, second on the club and 13^th in the league. In addition, she placed among the top 10 in field goal percentage (5^th, .480, 83 of 173) and rebounding (10^th, 6.4 rpg).

Lindahl, started 20 of the squad's 25 contests and closed the year with a flourish, scoring in double figures in her last nine games, the longest streak by an Emory player during the campaign. She ended the season tied for second on the team and 14^th in the conference in scoring average with a 12.2 points-per-game average. Tied with Ashley Oldshue for the team lead with 19 double-figure scoring performances, she led the Eagles in scoring in six games. She was the team leader with 31 three-point field goals and tied classmate Lindsey Tse with a team-high 39 steals.

Emory closed out the season with an overall ledger of 13-12, 7-7 in the UAA with the win total in conference play the program's highest since 2013.
