Senior (2012):

Leonard capped off her Emory career with another strong season in 2012, finishing 13th among Division III goalkeepers with a 0.459 goals-against average and 38th with a 0.860 save percentage.  Her overall goals-against average was the ninth-best single-season mark in school history and the second-best mark conference mark during the year, while her save percentage was the 12th-best ever by an Eagle and second among league keepers.  She claimed an honorable mention to the all-University Athletic Association (UAA) Team for the second-straight season after finishing third in the conference with a 0.71 GAA and second with a 0.827 save percentage in league games.  Appearing in a school-record 24 games and logging a career-best 1,175 minutes and 26 seconds during the year, Leonard finished the year with a 6-1-6 record (setting a school record for ties in a season), while converting 37 saves and allowing just six goals.  Playing the second half and overtime of Emory's games during the season, she was a part of each of the team's 14 shutouts during the year, tied for the second-best mark in school history.  The senior saved her best work for the end of the season, making 25 of her 37 saves during the final eight games of the year, six of which were during the NCAA Championships.  Leonard made four saves during the Eagles' double-overtime scoreless tie against Carnegie Mellon in the NCAA quarterfinals, and made another two saves in the ensuing shootout to allow the Eagles to make their first NCAA Semifinal appearance.  She made another four saves in the second half against Wheaton (Ill.) to earn the win in the semfinal contest, and a pair of second half saves in the championship match against Messiah to keep Emory in the contest.  Leonard finished her Emory career ranked second in school history in both GAA (0.36) and ties (11), third in save percentage (.900), and fifth in wins (24) and saves (117).  She allowed just 13 goals over her 3209 career minutes played, spanning 64 games, and notched a career record of 24-3-11.

Junior (2011):

Leonard claimed the first post-season honors of her career in 2011, as the goalkeeper was named to the NSCAA all-South Atlantic Region second team and an all-UAA honorable mention.  She allowed just three goals during the campaign, finishing the year third among Division III keepers with a 0.288 goals-against average (the second-lowest single season mark in Emory history) and sixth with a 0.909 save percentage (fourth in Emory history).  Playing the second half and any overtime period of all of the Eagles' 20 games this season, Leonard totaled 30 saves and a 6-1-1 record over the course of 939 minutes and 43 seconds.  She set a school record with 776 minutes and 30 seconds of scoreless play in goal, a streak stretching from October 29, 2010 through October 1, 2011.  Leonard recorded a season-high five saves during 45 shutout minutes in a 1-0 Emory win over Washington University (Mo.) on October 9th.  At the end of her junior season, Leonard ranks first in school history with a 0.31 career goals-against average and a .920 save percentage, in addition to sixth with 18 wins (an 18-2-5 overall record) and 80 saves.

Sophomore (2010):

Leonard finished her 2010 campaign ranked ranked fourth among all NCAA Division III goalkeepers with a school-record 0.926 save percentage, and sixth with a 0.329 goals-against average, the second-best mark in school history.  Splitting time in goal with teammate Erica Stein, Leonard appeared in 20 games during the year, making three starts and playing a total of 1,094:06 minutes.  She accumulated 50 saves and a 12-1-4 overall record, while recording one individual shutout and was a part of eight others.  Leonard allowed just four goals during the year, and just one in her final 10 appearances, while not allowing more than one goal in any appearance.  The sophomore played over 213 minutes of shutout soccer combined over four NCAA Tournament games, earning the victory in two games and winning a shootout in another.  Leonard notched her first individual shutout on September 19th, playing all 90 minutes of the Eagles' 2-0 win over Rhodes College.  She was named the University Athletic Association's (UAA) Defensive Player of the Week on September 7th and November 22nd.

Prior to Emory:

Played on the York Community High School soccer team for four seasons...Helped her squad to a conference championship in 2008 and regional championship in 2009... Coached by Rachel Shepherd in high school... Played 10 years club soccer for Team Elmhurst Premier, helping the team to the Illinois Women’s Soccer League Division Champions from2005-2006... Also played for the Chicago Fire Juniors, where she was coached by Daryl Shore and CJ Brown, helping the team to a Metro United Soccer Tournament Championship in October of 2008 and to the finals of the Orange Classic International Tournament in December of 2008... Also played club softball, volleyball, and was a four year varsity gymnast in high school... Earned all-academic honors 2009... Member of the National Honor Society.
