Rowan Edges Emory Women's Soccer, 1-0

The Emory University Women's Soccer program dropped its first decision of the season Sunday afternoon, falling to Rowan University, 1-0, in a neutral game contested on the campus of Pfeiffer University in Misenheimer, North Carolina.

Despite outshooting Rowan 10-6 on the afternoon, Abby Daigle recorded the difference maker in the match for the Profs, beating senior Dani Staffin to the back of the net late in the first half.
