Emory University freshman Catharine Harris won all three of her singles matches last week, helping the third-ranked Eagles to a 2-1 record. Against Columbus State University on Saturday, the 12th-ranked Division II team, Harris scored the only point for the Eagles with a 6-3, 7-5 win in the fourth singles match. On Sunday, she helped the Eagles to a pair of victories over Division III teams, winning the fifth singles match against her counterpart from Huntingdon College, 6-0, 6-1, and claiming a 6-0, 6-0 triumph in the fourth singles match against Agnes Scott College. Harris’ performance helped the Eagles to a 2-2 record in 2012.
