Emory University sophomore Brenna Kelly claimed a singles victory during the third-ranked Eagles’ loss to Auburn University Montgomery on Sunday. Kelly was leading AUM’s Hagar Caro 6-2, 4-1, when Caro retired from the match, giving Kelly the victory. Despite her performance, Emory fell to Auburn University Montgomery, the reigning NAIA Champions, by a 6-3 score.
