Freshman (2013-14):

Goodman turned in a successful freshman campaign for Emory, earning a spot on the All-University Athletic Association (UAA) First Team for her play at fourth singles.  She finished seventh in the singles draw of the ITA Small College Nationals, earning ‘at large’ entry to the tournament after finishing as the runner-up in the regional singles draw.  She also teamed with Brenna Kelly to finish second in the regional doubles draw.  Goodman finished the year with a 23-9 record in singles matches and 15-7 in doubles contests.  She won the fourth singles match during Emory’s wins over Johns Hopkins University in the NCAA semifinals and Amherst College in the NCAA Championship.  Goodman was named the UAA Athlete of the Week on March 10th.
