Seniors Michelle Satterfield, Katarina Su and junior Bridget Harding of the Emory University Women's Tennis team all advanced to the Quarterfinal rounds as the NCAA Division III Singles and Doubles Individual Championships got underway Thursday at the Champions Tennis Club in Chattanooga, TN.

In the singles draw, both Satterfield and Harding reached the Quarterfinals with a pair of wins on Thursday and join Wesleyan's Eudice Chong and Victoria Yu as the only pair of teammates to advance to the Round of Eight.

Satterfield defeated Bowdoin's Joulia Likhanskaia 6-1, 7-5 in the opening round before besting Claremont-Mudd-Scripps' Nicole Tan in the Round of 16, 6-4, 6-0. For Harding, she topped Linfield's Ella Riddle 6-2, 6-0 in the first round before dispatching John Carroll's Lauren O'Malley 6-0, 6-2 in the second round.

The Quarterfinals of the singles draw are set to begin at 9:00 AM EST Friday morning with the Semifinals to follow in the afternoon at 1:00 PM EST. Satterfield will be matched up against Washington University's Rebecca Ho while Harding will square off against Washington & Lee's Brooke Donnelly.

Harding and Su closed out the action on Thursday, defeating Dension's Emma Alsup and Lauren Hawley in straight sets, 6-2, 6-1, in the tandem's lone match of the afternoon. Harding and Su will face either Middlebury's Katherine Hughes and Skylar Schossberger or Pomona-Pitzer's Emily Chen and Maryann Zhao in the Quarterfinals on Friday. First serve is slated for 3:00 PM EST.
