Freshman (2016-17):

Vernoff went 4-6 in singles and 6-2 in doubles in her first season with the Eagles. In the fall, she reached the round of 16 in both the singles and doubles competitions at the ITA South Regional. During the spring season, Vernoff was 1-1 in matches against No.-5 Sewanee and No.-22 MIT. She also saw action in the NCAA Tournament in the second round against Methodist, leading Allison Himes 7-6 (3) before going unfinished.
