Sophomore Ysabel Gonzalez-Rico defeated teammate Daniela Lopez (6-3, 6-3) and NC Wesleyan's Fariza Abdulloeva (6-4, 0-6, 6-1) on Sunday en route to winning her second straight ITA South Regional singles title. She would add a doubles championship on the afternoon with freshman Jessica Fatemi as the duo downed fellow Emory pairing Lopez/Emma Cartledge, 6-4, 7-5, in the championship match.
