Kevin Ye Elevated to Women's Tennis Assistant Coach

Kevin Ye, who has been with the Emory University women's tennis program as a volunteer assistant coach, has been elevated to full-time assistant coach prior to the 2022-23 season.

The news comes following the recent announcement of Bridget Harding taking over the reins of the program as Interim Head Coach after the retirement of long-time Head Coach Amy Bryant.

"We are thrilled to bring Kevin on as our full-time assistant this year," Harding said. "He's been around the program for almost 10 years now and brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to the court. I am excited to see what we can accomplish together!"

Ye has been a valuable member of the coaching staff since his arrival earlier this decade, helping the Eagles maintain their national powerhouse standing. Most recently, he was part of the coaching staff that saw the team capture the NCAA Championship in 2021, two UAA titles in 2018 and 2019 and the National Indoor Team Championship in 2018.

Emory is set to open the fall season the weekend of September 16-18 with the Elon Invitational.
