Emory University freshman Debora Adjibaba turned in a pair of performances that rank among the top-10 in Division III this season at last weekend’s Johnson C. Smith Invitational. In the 400-meter dash, Adjibaba finished 11th with a time of 56.90 seconds, the second-fastest in school history and ninth among Division III runners this season. Later, she ran the first leg of the Eagles’ fourth-place 4x100-meter relay team, which recorded a time of 47.84 seconds, eighth-fastest in Division III this season. Adjibaba added a time of 12.51 seconds in the 100-meter dash, good for a ninth-place finish.
