Senior Ariana Newhouse returned to competition after missing nearly her entire junior campaign in impressive fashion on Friday at the BSC Icebreaker, placing 10th overall (best non DI finish) with a time of 58.86 in the 400m Dash and finished 18th overall (2nd best DIII finish) in the 200m Dash with a time of 25.80. She currently ranks in the top-5 nationally in both events after the first weekend, sitting 2nd in the 400m (1st in UAA) and 4th in the 200m (2nd in UAA).
