Rebekah Bondi enjoyed a career day after she recorded a pair of personal-records at the JDL Flat is Fast Invitational in Winston-Salem, NC on Saturday. After plateauing at a time of 7.84 in the 60m Dash for the last few meets, the junior shaved a tenth of a second off her fastest time. The Pennsylvania native's new standard of 7.74 gives her the top time in the UAA and now ranks in sixth-place out of all DIII competitors. Additionally, Bondi stretched the tape to 5.36m in the long jump. The mark places her in fifth in the UAA and in 28th-place in DIII.
