Wallace was recognized with her first-ever All-America selection as she led the Eagles to a second round finish at the NCAA Tournament as well as a UAA Championship. Wallace, who earned a spot on the All-UAA Second Team and AVCA All-Region team earlier this month, is the latest Eagle to be named to the All-America team. Emory has now had a player named to one of the AVCA All-American teams in each of the last 23 seasons.

Wallace played a pivotal role for the Eagles as she was one of the most well rounded members of the squad contributing a team-high 315 kills, 30 service aces to just four service errors and the third most digs on the team with 255. Wallace closed the season with 17 matches of ten kills or more and was on an unbelievable hot-streak to close the season averaging an astounding 13.38 kills per match over the final 13 matches of the year. Wallace's statement match of the season came against No. 8 ranked Berry (Oct. 29) where she went for 20 kills on a preposterous .419 (20-2--43) hitting percentage to help down the Vikings in four sets. In the Eagles final match of the season against No. 16 ranked Transylvania in the NCAA Second Round, Wallace matched her season-high with 20 kills while also tallying eight digs in the Eagles heartbreaking five-set loss. Wallace helped the Eagles secure their first UAA title since the 2019 season with her average of 14.7 kills per match in the UAA Tournament including a team-high 19 in the UAA semifinal against No. 6 ranked NYU.

The Eagles finished the 2022 season with an overall record of 22-7, qualifying for the program's 26th consecutive NCAA tournament.
