Despite a loss in the Sweet Sixteen, junior Alana Dawson had an impressive run at the NCAA Tournament that garnered her Mount Berry Regional All-Tournament Team honors. She totaled 38 kills over 12 sets including 19 kills against Covenant on Friday afternoon in the thrilling five-set win and also led the team with a .552 hitting percentage against the Scots (19-3--29). Dawson also showed her accuracy against Meredith College on Thursday with a .316 hitting percentage (8-2--19).
