Senior Gabrielle Stravach highlighted the Emory women's cross country team's effort at the NCAA D-III Championships, racing to All-America honors after finishing 10th overall out of 279 runners with a 6K time of 21:02, both her and the program’s second-fastest mark.

Stravach becomes the seventh different Eagle to land All-America accolades and the first since Tamara Surtees (2014). In addition, her 10th-place finish was the school’s second-best individual showing, with Vista Beasley’s third-place finish in 1997 the No. 1 effort.

Stravach ranked as Emory's No. 1 runner in all seven of her competitions this year and in the last 14 dating from last season.
