Senior (2017):
Competed in five races and scored twice ... Captured all-region honors for the second straight season after ranking second on the team and 17th overall out of 240 runners at the NCAA South/Southeast Championships, posting a career-best 6K time of 22:20 ... Eagles' No. 2 finisher at the NCAA D-III Championships (23:02) ... Part of the Emory contingent at the UAA Championships ... Registered a 12th-place effort in the 181-runner field at the JSU Foothills Invitational with a 5K mark of 19:19. 

Junior (2016):
Scored for the Eagles in all seven of her races ... Ranked as Emory's No. 2 runner on three occasions ... Was clocked at 22:23 at the Inter-Regional Border Battle in New Jersey, with that mark establishing a personal best while placing third among the team's pack and 74th overall out of 386 runners ... Landed Second Team All-UAA recognition after crossing the finish line in the No. 14 spot at the league championships with a mark of 22:29 ... Emory's No. 2 finisher at the NCAA D-III Championships, registering a 6k effort of 22:24.2, which represented her second-best time ... Earned all-region status after her 16th-place finish out of 213 hopefuls at the NCAA South/Southeast Championships.

Sophomore (2015):
Competed in five meets ... Finished first on the team and eighth overall out of 179 runners at the Berry Invitational with a personal-best 6K time of 22:59 ... Raced at the UAA Championships where her mark of 23:12 was seventh on the squad ... Ranked seventh  among the Emory contingent and was 25th in the 207-runner field at the Furman Classic with an effort of 23:54 ... Clocked a personal-best 5K time of 19:24 at the JSU Foothills Invitational, placing 16th out of 60 contestants ... Also competed in the Emory-Berry Watermelon Run.

Freshman (2014):
Ran in the team's opening four competitions ... Best 6K time was a 24:59 at the Furman Classic that placed 46th in a 152-runner field ... Season-best 5K outing was a 19:33 at the JSU Foothills Invitational, good for the No. 15 position out of 50 entries ... Also took to the course in the season-opening 6K Berry College Clara Bowl Invitational (25:49) and the 5K Gulf Coast Stampede (20:31). 

High School:
Competed on the cross country and track and field teams at Bearden High School ... Was coached by Patti Thewes and Ashley Powell ... Best 3200 meter effort was a 12:11 ... During her senior season, she clocked a 2:30 in the 800 meters and a 5:36 in the outdoor 1600 ... Was selected as the 2014 BHS Student Athlete of the Year ... Was the track team's Distance MVP as a senior ... Recipient of the Johnny Mauer Scholar Athlete Award ... Was a member of the soccer team.

Personal:
Daughter of Ben and Jeni Powell ... Double major at Emory in neuroscience and behavioral biology and computer science.
