Lone action of the year came at the Watermelon Run where she clocked a 6K time of 26:49.

Freshman (2017):
Took to the course in five events ... Raced in three 6Ks and a pair of 5K competitions ... Top 6K performance came at the Furman Invitational when  she clocked a 25:24, which ranked 85th out of 163 entries ... Second-best 6K was a 25:46 that came at the season-opening Georgia DIII Invitational ... Registered a 5K mark of 20:19 at the JSU Foothills Invitational, placing 36th in the 181-runner field ... Also raced at the 5K North Georgia Invitational (21:05) and the Berry Invitational. 

High School:
Competed on the cross country and track and field teams at Oak Hall High School ... Was coached by Edwin McTureous ... Team co-captain since her sophomore year ... Best 5k mark was a 19:21 ... Turned in a time of 11:34 in the 3,200 meters ... Member of the 2016 Class 1A state championship squad ... Member of the Cum Laude Society ... Member of the National Honor Society ... AP Scholar with Honor ... National Latin Honor Society ... Faculty Recognition Award winner.

Personal:
Daughter of Vivian Lantow ... Born May 9 ... Majors in neuroscience and behavioral biology.
