Senior (2018):
Named the Eagles' Most Outstanding Performer after a stellar campaign that saw her rank as the squad's No. 1 runner in all seven of her competitions ... Posted a personal-best 6K time of 22:27 at the NCAA D-III Championships that slotted her 88^th in the 279-runner field ... Raced to all-region recognition for the second straight year after finishing seventh out of 237 entries with a time of 22:55 at the NCAA South/Southeast Championships ... Garnered All-UAA Second Team honors after crossing the finish line in the No. 8 overall position at the conference championships, recording a time of 22:31 that represented her second-fastest career effort ... Distinguished herself at the NCAA Pre-Nationals where she helped the Eagles to a 10^th-place performance out of 52 teams by turning in a time of 22:43 that ranked 27^th out of 353 runners ...Crossed the finish line fourth in a 163-runner field at the JSU Foothills Invitational with a 5K outing of 18:41 ... Member of the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.

Junior (2017):
Competed in seven races ... Scored for the Eagles on five occasions in the NCAA South/Southeast Championships when she captured all-region acclaim after finishing 23rd overall (fifth on team) out of 240 runners with a personal-best 6K time of 22:35 ... Emory's No. 4 finisher and 33rd in the 163-runner field at the Furman Classic, clocking a 23:04 which represented her second-fastest 6K effort ... Emory scorer at the UAA Championships ... No. 3 Emory performer and fourth out of 181 competitors with a personal-best 5K time of 18:56 at the JSU Foothills Invitational ... Part of the group that ran at the NCAA D-III Championships (23:24).  

Sophomore (2016):
Took part in three meets ... Posted a personal-best 6k time of 24:11 at the Falcon Classic, good for 42nd place out of 117 runners ... Clocked a 24:22 that placed 43rd overall out of 156 contestants at the Furman Classic ... Team's No. 3 finisher and 31st out of 177 runners at the Berry Invitational (24:31). 

Freshman (2015):
Lone action of the season came at the 6K Berry Invitational where her time of 25:57 ranked 87th out of 179 runners.

High School:
Brought home three varsity letters in cross country and two in track and field while at West Laurens High School ... Was coached by Ron Carson ... Two-time captain of the cross country squad ... Helped the team to a runner-up finish in the region championship ... Tabbed as her team's MVP and was the recipient of the team's Coaches Award and the Raider Award ... Member of the Honor Roll.  

Personal:
