Junior (2021):

Anshen proved to be a vital contributor to the Eagles 2021 season, scoring in four of the seven meets she competed in… Anshen saved her best for last, recording her season-best time of 23:06 at the NCAA DIII Championships where she finished fourth amongst the Eagles contingent and 195^th overall… Earned All-Region acclaim for her 12^th place finish at the NCAA South Regional Championships (23:25)… Posted a time of 24:47 at the UAA Championships to finish 45^th… Turned in a scoring effort at the UAB Classic (23:24) where she finished fourth on the team and 56^th overall… Scored at the Converse Classic (23:21) posting a fifth place finish for Emory and 19^th place overall in the field of 208 runners… Also competed at the Louisville Sports Commission Classic (24:09) and the 5,760m Emory vs. Oglethorpe Dual Meet (23:37)… Was named to the UAA Fall All-Academic Team… Named a 2021 USTFCCCA Academic All-American.

Sophomore (2020):
No cross country season due to Covid-19 pandemic.

Freshman (2019):
Did not see any meet competition.

High School:
Competed in both cross country and track and field at The Tatnall School ... Was coached by Patrick Castagno ... Served as captain of both programs her final year ... Top 5K time was an 18:54 ... Posted a mark of 5:14 in the mile ... Tabbed  as a First Team All-State honoree in track on three occasions ...Garnered Second Team All-State accolades in cross country twice ... Helped her team to three county championships in cross country and four in outdoor track and field ... Also played on the soccer and basketball teams.
