Men’s Basketball

Coming off a 22-point beat down of No.-19 ranked Guilford College in the season opener, the No.-6 ranked Eagles (1-0) travel to Mount Berry to face in-state foe Berry College Tuesday night. Preseason D3Hoops.com All-America Honorable Mention Romin Williams and classmate Matt Davet tallied 18 points apiece in the season-opening win over the Quakers.

Women’s Basketball

A busy slate of games headlines the women’s basketball team return to the court for the 2019-20 season. First up for the Eagles is in-state foe Piedmont College Wednesday evening before hosting Colorado College and the University of Lynchburg in the Emory Holiday Inn Tip Off Classic. *Due to the NCAA Volleyball Regionals, the Holiday Inn Tip Off Classic will be played at Agnes Scott College in Decatur, GA.*

Volleyball

The No.-1 ranked Eagles begin their national title defense as the 2019 NCAA Division III Women’s Volleyball Championship starts Friday. Emory will serve as the host for the opening rounds of the tournament and will welcome Notre Dame of Maryland, Birmingham-Southern, Transylvania, Colorado College, Whitworth, Berry and Maryville (TN) to Atlanta.

Cross Country

The Emory cross country teams head to Memphis, TN for the South/Southeast Regional Championships this Saturday at Shelby Park Farms. The Eagles enter the meet ranked second in both the men’s and women’s South/Southeast regional rankings and are coming off fifth place team performances at the UAA Chamionships. A top-two team finish in the race will secure a spot in next week’s NCAA Championships.

Women’s Soccer

The women’s soccer team is headed back to the postseason as the Eagles (13-4) were one of the 21 at-large selections in the 64-team field. Emory is currently in the midst of a season-best six-game winning streak and will take on Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (10-4-3) in the first round Saturday night at 10:30 PM EST. The Eagles and Athenas are joined in the four-team pod with host Cal Lutheran (12-3-3) and UC-Santa Cruz (13-3-2).
